The Crowley Group has announced its newest World Golf Village community – Legacy Trail (www.legacytrail.com), a gated condominium community that overlooks the 17th fairway of The Slammer and Squire golf course.
With construction set to start in February 2005, Legacy Trail will consist of 180 condominium units in seven multifloored buildings in the heart of the WGV. Each building will have one floor of underground parking.
Each floor will house four units, and private elevators will provide access to homes on all floors. Every home will have views of the golf course.
Designed by JSA Inc., the facades of Legacy Trail’s buildings draw inspiration from the Spanish Renaissance Revival style of the late 19th-century found in some of St. Augustine’s most historic buildings including its City Hall, Flagler College, and the Casa Monica Hotel.
Rounded arches, broad overhangs, projected and French balconies with ornamental railings, decorative towers, and terra cotta tile roofing and fountains with landscaping in front of each building will lend a Mediterranean air to Legacy Trail.
With pre-construction pricing starting from $295,000, Legacy Trail will feature a variety of condominium styles and amenities in two- and three-bedroom plans ranging between approximately 1,450 and 1,742 square feet. These floorplans are:
The Florentine: The largest floorplan available at Legacy Trail, these interior units offers three bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms, private balconies in the living room of these 1,742-square-foot homes offer views of the 17th fairway.
The Milano: At 1,725 square feet of living space, The Milano features three bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, reserved underground parking, and semi-private access to each unit’s door front via elevators. This floorplan is available as end units on every floor in each of the community’s seven buildings.
The Capri: This maximizes its 1,450 square feet of space with two bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms.
Although each floorplan has been designed for homeowner’s lifestyle, they will share several common elements. Open greatrooms with attached covered balconies provide homeowners with ample space to relax and entertain. Kitchens will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art General Electric appliances, standard granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
Each main bedroom has spacious walk-in closets and its own balcony. Secondary bedrooms will be roomy, and some will feature walk-in closets that provide plenty of storage space.
