Fran Pepis, a vice president at Colliers Dickinson, was lauded at the annual Colliers International USA convention in California recently.
Walter Dickinson, founder and chief executive officer at Colliers Dickinson, said Pepis was recognized as the top referring broker in the southeast by Colliers USA and Colliers International, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate networks.
Pepis referred 18 transactions during the past 12 months, worth a total of more than $18 million. It was the second consecutive year that Pepis won the award.
