Mercedes Homes is giving homebuyers an opportunity to be among the first to purchase at the company’s new poured, solid concrete wall community in Clay County, Spencer Plantation. This pre-planned community, currently under construction, is the latest addition to Mercedes Homes’ list of 16 new home communities in Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties.

There are five floor plans ranging from 2,078 to 3,753 square feet of living space. Pricing for the new homes start in the $200s. Mercedes Homes’ Michele Palm model featuring the poured wall construction is scheduled for completion in spring 2005.

According to the company, the poured concrete method was developed to offer homes that are stronger, more energy efficient, add more value and reduce the time it takes to build a new home.

Mercedes Homes’ subsidiary, Solid Wall Systems of Cocoa Beach, builds the concrete walls for each home.
