It’s a new fundraising gimmick that the Army will use to supplement its volunteer bellringers. The guy on the right is a manikin with some moveable parts. His arm goes up and down to ring the bell. The “man” made his Jacksonville debut today at the Rotary Club of Jacksonville’s annual holiday meeting at the Omni.
