Beazer Homes’ Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario is unlocking the secrets to becoming a top producer in his new book entitled “The Path to Success in New Home Sales.”

“Knowing how to sell is only half the formula necessary to become successful,” Daddario explains in the first chapter. “Understanding the buying process is the missing half that so many trainers fail to teach.”

According to Daddario, writing this step-by-step guide was the answer to a challenge he was given early in his career: leave something behind. Daddario’s book is designed to leave readers feeling like they gained a better understanding of sales and have a useful tool they can refer to at any time during their career.

Daddario’s extensive experience in new homes sales and marketing enabled him to write the book. As sales and marketing manager for Beazer Homes, he oversees all activities related to the sales and marketing of new home and condominium communities throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

Prior to joining Beazer Homes, Daddario served as executive vice president of Brighton Homes, where he successfully opened new divisions in West Palm Beach, Orlando and Puerto Rico.

Daddario wrote the book over two years and published it himself upon its completion. Daddario stated he is ready to write the second book. “There are always things to improve upon,” he said.
