Coppenbarger Homes opened its latest model home earlier this month, this time in the community of North Creek, located off Duval Station Road near Starratt Road.
The model, a Fairway II with bonus room, features four bedrooms and four baths in 2,800 square feet of living space. The home is accented with a front porch and unique stone front. It was decorated by interior designer Rita Williams.
The neighborhood features wooded preserve lots bounded by lakes or a small creek. North Creek is also abundant with community amenities including boat storage, baseball and soccer fields, a basketball court, a playground and a community pool.
Three spec homes in North Creek are nearing completion and Coppenbarger expects to finish another eight within the next few months. The community will feature Coppenbarger models such as the Royal Palm, the Sierra and the Cannes with sizes ranging from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet. Prices will begin in the $170’s.
