Watson Realty Corp.’s Jacksonville Region celebrated its best year last month at UNF’s University Center.
The Jacksonville Region had set yet another sales record in 2003 with closed volume of $1,414,538,688.73 and the entire company had posted record sales as well, with closed volume of $2,964,249,984.39.
With “Rock & Real Estate Hall of Fame” as the theme, after-dinner festivities included recognition of all Gold Pinnacle, Silver Pinnacle, President’s and Executive Club Associates, New Members of the Million Dollar Award, as well as numerous other outstanding achievements in 2003.
Named Top Salesperson of the Year once again was Jan Shields of the Atlantic Beach with closed volume of nearly $50 million. Following in the Top 5 were Debbie Shagnea of Mandarin South, John Richardson of Ponte Vedra, Evelyn Houck of Mandarin North and Lori Smith of Southpoint.
Randy Martin of the Mandarin South Office was named Rookie of the Year with over $5 million in closed business and the Ponte Vedra Office was recognized as the region’s No. 1 office with closed volume exceeding $156 million in 2003.
