Trident Realty Corporation has broken ground on the Villas of Augustine Island, the community’s newest private neighborhood. The villas are on an island adjacent to Palencia’s golf course.

The villas are designed with master suites upstairs. Each home boasts its own elevator for comfortable access to the second and third floors.
Standard amenities also include balconies, lush landscaping, double garages and golf cart parking, gas fireplaces, granite countertops, generous lighting and appliance packages. The community’s swim and fitness center, tennis center, village green with outdoor restaurant, parks and boardwalks are nearby.
Forty villas will be built. Early purchasers will receive memberships to The Palencia Golf Club and to the Seranata Beach Club.
The Villas are available in a choice of four distinct floor plans offering two- or three-story homes ranging from 3,100 to 3,500 square feet. The homes are currently available at pre-construction prices beginning in the upper $600’s.
