Watson Home Builders has begun sales in Waterleaf, a community just west of the Intracoastal Waterway.

There are floorplans sized between 1,660 and 3,056 square feet and priced starting in the $170s. The floorplans also feature multiple elevations, exterior façade finishes, and, in some instances, split-levels.

Many of Watson’s 112 homesites within Waterleaf’s first phase back up to nature preserves, wooded areas, or lakes.

Homebuyers can currently tour Watson’s 3,056-square-foot, two-story, four-bedroom, two-and-one-half bathroom model home - The Stirling.

Highlighted by a second-story loft with built in cabinets, granite countertops in the kitchen, a ventless gas fireplace in the downstairs living room, and a spacious covered porch, this model showcases many of the designer features that are standard in a Watson-built home in Waterleaf: marble vanity tops, stucco or Hardilap exteriors, double knockdown ceilings, 42-inch upper cabinetry, fully sodded yards with a complete irrigation system, and ceramic tiles in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room.

Located on Kernan Boulevard north of Atlantic Boulevard , the community of 224 spacious homesites includes a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, a water activities center, playground equipment, basketball court and clubhouse.
