The Jacksonville Zoo previewed its newest attraction, Range of the Jaguar, Wednesday. Budgeted at $15.4 million, the four-and-half acre exhibit will eventually house as many as 12 jaguars. Currently, four adults and two cubs call it home.
Also on display will be a variety of reptiles, amphibians and birds. “We’re very excited about the exhibit because of all of the work that has gone into it,” said Jennifer Vrban, a Zoo spokesperson. “We’re more than ready to show it off.”
