Five homes are currently under construction in Reed Island Estates, a gated community of 34 homesites located on deep water in the St. Johns River. Construction is well underway on developer Mitch Montgomery’s 4,300-square-foot estate within the Fort Caroline community.
Reed Island Estates - Montgomery Land Company’s newest community - features 14 spacious (minimum one-half acre) lots marketed by Victoria Robbins Realty. Individuals may purchase the lots, priced from $435,000 to $495,000, and select their builder of choice with no mandatory timeframes for building.
The community, which has a new bulkhead, is situated on high and dry land and offers city water and sewer for residents.
Reed Island Estates residents will receive membership to Hidden Hills Country Club.
