As one of its first new communities in the Jacksonville market, Richmond American Homes has started selling in Pebble Creek in OakLeaf Plantation.

OakLeaf Plantation is being developed west of Argyle Forest in Clay and Duval Counties. Oakleaf’s 30-acre Athletic Club includes a state-of-the-art waterpark with a slide tower, sprayground, play pool and lap pool; a community clubhouse with a fitness center, soccer and baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, and tot lots; and a planned 18-hole championship golf course.

“This is going to be one of those communities that everybody wants to live in,” explains General Sales Manager Lisa Dennis. “We’re excited about offering homes in an affordable price range so that young families are able to live here and enjoy all that OakLeaf has to offer.”

Richmond American Homes is building in Pebble Creek, adjacent to the amenity area. Floor plans include single and two-story homes ranging from 1,364 to 1,959 square feet, with prices starting in the $140s.
