• A new historic display, the memorabilia of Winona Cargile Alexander, will open today (Tuesday) at The Ritz Theatre & LaVilla Museum. The exhibit will celebrate the founding of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority by Alexander and 21 other women as well as the beginning of Black History Month. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Tuesday through Friday), 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Saturday) and 2-5 p.m. (Sunday).
