With more than 250 homes sold and over 200 closed, Beazer Homes has announced the launch of its newest and last phase of homes at Stonehurst Plantation in St. Augustine.
“Since opening for sales at Stonehurst Plantation in November of 2002, Beazer Homes has seen great success with our new home sales,” said Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario. “As we enter our last phase in this community, homebuyers need to seize the opportunity and take advantage of one of the best values available in St. Johns County.”
Just over 100 50-foot wide homesites comprise Beazer Homes’ new phase at Stonehurst Plantation. Beazer’s Executive Series homes offer 1,301 to 3,210 square feet of living space with prices starting in the $160s. The one and two-story floor plans are available with as many as six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Many of the homesites offer views of the surrounding preserve and lakes.
Visitors to Stonehurst Plantation can tour two Beazer Homes models located near the entry of the community. Both models serve as information centers for new Beazer homes in Stonehurst Plantation. The decorated models showcase the Executive Series as well as Beazer Homes’ Presidential Series homes, which start in the $190s.
Stonehurst Plantation features a variety of amenities. The Aquatic Center features a large sun deck with lounge chairs around the family swimming pool and covered seating area. Children will enjoy Stonehurst’s water park complete with tube slide, sprinklers and fountains. A playground facility, covered picnic area, sports field and a softball field round out the community amenities.
