Prudential Network Realty is selling the second phase of The Legends at Saint Johns, a gated condominium community at the World Golf Village.
According to Mary Anne Hashem, Director of Builder Services for Prudential Network Realty, construction will begin soon on four of Phase II’s buildings, and initial occupancy on those units should begin in the first quarter of 2005. Tennis courts are also now under construction and will be completed by the end of July, and a lighting system for them is expected by spring 2005.
Currently, two Unit “F” floorplans remain in Phase I for immediate move-in.
These units are 1,464 square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom floorplans featuring fully applianced kitchens with breakfast bars and cabinetry, great rooms, private laundry rooms, and screened lanais. The master bedrooms have private bathrooms with garden tubs, granite vanity tops, and walk-in closets.
The Legends at Saint Johns features a variety of condominium styles and amenities. One-, two- and three-bedroom plans, some with either attached or detached garages, are offered.
Prices range from the low $100s for one-bedroom/one-bath homes to the mid $200s for the three-bedroom/three-bath condos. Some units have attached or detached garages. The community has a clubhouse with fitness center, heated pool, catering kitchen, and putting green. A second pool will be built in the future.
Screened lanais are standard. Other available features include an prewired alarm system and DSL capability, garden tubs and double-basin granite vanity tops in all bathrooms, crown molding, and designer kitchens with GE appliances, granite kitchen counter tops, and ceramic tiled flooring.
The Legends at Saint Johns is being developed at the World Golf Village by The Legends at SJ, LLC, a joint venture between The Crowley Group of Greenwich, CT and Petro Real Estate Development Corporation of New York.
