The two-story Somerset model features 1,669 square feet of living space and is priced from the low $160s.

The home includes three bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, a large gathering room with an optional gas fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook. The master suite on the second floor includes two walk-in closets, dual sinks, a garden bathtub and a separate full-size shower. Other amenities are a two-car garage, a second-floor laundry and an optional covered patio.
