Watson Property Management has opened an office in Middleburg at 2239-A Blanding Blvd., adjacent to Watson Realty Corp. Wendell A. Davis, formerly of the Property Management Office on Sunbeam Rd. in Jacksonville, has been named to head up the Property Management team at this location.
The Middleburg Office is one of five offices within the Jacksonville Property Management Region. Others are located on Sunbeam Rd. in Jacksonville, Hidden Hills, Westside and Orange Park. There are also two offices at the Beaches, an office in Keystone Heights, and two offices in St. Augustine. There are 20 Property Management Offices in all, located south to Orlando and north to St. Marys, Ga.
