Beach Terraces, located on 19th Avenue North between First and Second Street in Jacksonville Beach, held a luncheon and hardhat tour of the new seven-story ocean side condominium community.
Kerry Fullford of Prudential Network Realty is the site agent marketing Beach Terraces. Those that attended the event feasted on a Southwestern buffet and took a tour of the development, which is still under construction. Occupants are expected to move-in in December. Though the condominiums are already half sold out, remaining units start at $519,900.
