Beazer Homes has announced plans for its newest town home community, Cambridge at OakLeaf Plantation.

“Our designs at OakLeaf will be similar to those we introduced at Stonefield at Bartram Park, which have been well received by buyers,” said Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario. “Cambridge will appeal to young singles and couples who are looking for a low maintenance lifestyle in a community with all the amenities, in an ideal location with attractive pricing.”

Beazer Homes’ town homes will be in the gated Cambridge community at OakLeaf Plantation. There are six two-story floor plans available that range from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet. Plans feature two to three bedrooms, two and a half baths, one-car garages and covered patios.

Prices for the town homes start in the $140s. Beazer Homes is forming a pre-sale interest list and sales will begin soon.

Town home features include knockdown ceilings throughout the home, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second. Master bedrooms offer walk-in closets and garden tubs in the bath.

Each of the 23 buildings in Cambridge at OakLeaf Plantation will have

individual entryways from the front porch

and the garage as well as individual

driveways with attached garages

and patios.
