KB Home is sponsoring a volunteer program titled “Home From the Heart” to raise funds through the sale of a new home benefiting the Builders Care program of the Northeast Florida Builders Association.

The home, located in KB Home’s Adams Lake community, is expected to be completed by mid-July and will then be offered for sale to the public to raise money for the Builders Care program.

“Community is at the heart of what we do everyday,” said John Molyneaux, division president for KB Home Jacksonville. “We are pleased to be involved in this worthy cause and we thank our business partners for their commitment and support.”

The home is one of KB Home’s most popular floor plans and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. The 1,691 square foot home will include several design options such as a covered patio, full sod with zoned irrigation system, vaulted ceilings, and much more.

It is located in Jacksonville’s Westside near the Cecil Commerce Center.
