Morrison Homes is introducing a new product at North Hampton designed for customers who are seeking an active lifestyle with low maintenance living.
“Our Manor homes are a brand new product to Northeast Florida,” said Area Sales Manager Lori Girton. “These new homes are ideal for first-time buyers and active adults who are looking for a new home with low maintenance in a beautiful community.”
The new Manor home designs feature 1,500 to 2,500 square feet of living space situated on 50-foot homesites. The one and two-story floor plans are available with three to four bedrooms and up to two and a half bathrooms. Each home includes formal living and dining areas and a covered lanai.
Prices for the Manor homes start in the $180s.
