Chef and caterer Liz Grenamyer of Catering by Liz is returning to downtown with the opening of Grenamyer’s Six East Restaurant on the first floor of the Dyal-Upchurch Building on Bay Street. The new eatery, which could be open by November, will feature “small plate” meals. Final menu and hours of operation are still being considered. Dyal-Upchurch Building owner Gary Husk said Grenamyer
wants to take advantage of City incentives provided by the Bay Street Town Center project. Six East would employ a chef, 10 full-time workers and 30 part-timers.
