DR Horton has launched sales in Jacobs Way, a new north Jacksonville community off Dunn Avenue near I -95.
The gated neighborhood of Jacobs Way will feature 68 large homesites, a basketball court and a children’s playground. Homes will be at least 1800 square feet and are pre-construction priced from the high $140s to the $240s.
Many of the home sites adjoin lakes or conservation areas. The entrance to Jacob’s Way is tucked away off Dunn Avenue.
The Jacobs Way model will be under construction soon and will be a copy of the Monarch plan which is the Horton model in Whispering Pines at Julington Creek Plantation.
