According to Better Jacksonville Plan representatives, materials to construct interior and exterior walls at the new Main Library are being moved into the building this week. Better Jacksonville communications coordinator Lisa Rowe said that once the exterior walls are finished later this year, facade enhancing brick and stucco materials will be placed on top of them.
