It's chillin'

JEA subcontractors Henkels McCoy buried these structural supports outside the Jacksonville Museum of Modern Art Wednesday to protect the JEA’s new chilled-water piping, which are being installed under Duval Street. Project Superintendent Terry Goblet said the system should be installed by mid-June and said the Main Library would be the first building to put the chilled water to use when it opens late this year.
