Once again ICI Homes of Jax, Inc. carried away five of the coveted Laurel awards, presented by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. ICI fared well in a variety of categories honoring home design and merchandising, marketing efforts, and individual achievement.
The new Turnberry model featured at the community of Highland Glen took top honors in the $349,999-$499,999 Architectural Design category as it also did in the Best Interior Merchandising category. The plans offers an abundant gourmet kitchen and gathering room that is ideal for entertaining. The upstairs game room and spacious second story balcony is a favorite for buyers of all ages.
Another new model, The Canterbury, featured in the new Northside community of Victoria Lakes, was also recognized for its superior Interior Merchandising. The Canterbury, built at a base price under $200,000, is a 2660 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The custom details, quality and appointments that set ICI Homes apart, is as evident in this home as it is in their million dollar offerings. All of ICI’s model homes are professionally decorated by Sisler Johnson Design.
ICI Homes had a banner sales year and name recognition soared partly contributed to a outstanding television commercial that the Laurel judges deemed to be the Best Television Commercial for a builder.
Along with the bounty of awards mentioned above, ICI’s marketing achievements were recognized when Karen Sutherland, Director of Marketing for the builder, was named Marketing Director of the Year.
