At a very young age Susan learned the value of hard work and has approached all facets of her life as a very motivated self-starter. A self admitted workaholic it did not take her very long in her career as a Realtor to rise to the top.
It has produce dmany awards, including the 2003 laurel for Top Producer of the Year, Realtor Team.
She began her career in 1983 in Maryland and in 1992 moved to Jacksonville, Florida. In order to better serve her customers, Susan adopted the team approach for her business. The Kennedy Team is composed of licensed assistants/buyers agents, relocation, marketing, transaction and administrative coordinators. Susan has handpicked and instilled in her staff a sense of loyalty and service, resulting in hundreds of satisfied customers. In fact, repeat business and referrals are a large part of Susan’s business.
Susan’s business has consistently grown and she has been recognized year after year by many real estate organizations as a top producer locally, nationally as well as internationally. Some of her many awards include: Laurel award winner of Realtor of the Year, Million Dollar Circle, and Top Producer, Platinum Club, Realtor Hall of Fame, NEFAR No. 1 Ranking Team Production, Team Listings Sold, Team Sales, Individual Sales and Individual Production, No. 3 Re/Max Realtor in Florida for 2002, No. 33 Re/Max U.S., and No. 36 Re/Max in the World. Last year, Susan and her team moved to Vanguard GMAC and received No. 1, Sales, Production, and Listings. They are also expected to be ranked the No. 1 Team in the United States for GMAC Residential Real Estate at the GMAC convention in March. Each year Susan’s team has surpassed their previous sales records. The year 2003 was no different, with sales topping $59 million!
Susan is very dedicated to the safety and welfare of lost, abused, and abandoned animals. She financially assists and spent thousands of dollars on the various animal rescue groups in Northeast Florida, as well as rescuing hundreds of animals, brought them back to good health and found them new homes.
She also supports many other charities, such as the Children’s Miracle Network-for gravely ill children, and Daniel-A home for unwanted needy kids. Susan and her Team choose a needy family each year and provides Christmas to them. Susan also contributes to the schools in the area and many individual student promotions.
Susan has always been a supporter of the builders and new home sales. She has consistently won the Million Dollar Circle award. Last year the new construction sales were over 16 million. Susan also contributes her knowledge of new construction to the community by sitting on many of the builders’ advisory councils. She gives her expertise on the planning and development of new communities from the customers and sales point of view.
Susan is truly a people person and has dedicated her life to taking care of her customers they way she would want to be taken care of. Over the years her trademark has been, and people truly feel, that Susan is “Their Friend In The Business”.
