Minutes after telling the DDA board that retailers were hesitant to come downtown, board member and Karl’s Clothiers owner Jay Jabour probably wished he never made the trip across the river. Jabour was leaving the DDA board meeting when he was involved in a four-car accident on the corner of Laura and Adams streets. A car hit Jabour’s car which hit a UPS truck which then hit a U.S. Postal Service truck.
