VillaRiva, a new condominium development in Riverside, hosted a reception Wednesday evening to celebrate the end of construction on its main tower structure.
About 150 people enjoyed the festivities, which included live harp and piano performances, drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Guests were also invited to tour a model unit designed by Brigetta McCormick.
VillaRiva’s developer Bryan Weber, architect Mike Jordan and several sales associates were on hand to greet guests and answer questions about the building. Many of the guests that attended are owners and soon-to-be residents of the condominiums when they are completed in June 2005.
VillaRiva spokesperson Jennifer Marko said about 75 percent of the
66 condominiums have been sold.
