Three companies have bid on the rights to manage the Golf Club of Jacksonville, a municipal which is owned by the City and has been managed by the PGA Tour until this year.
Those bidding are Better Golf Management Inc.; Billy Casper Golf Inc.; and RTT Golf Inc. The latter operates Mill Cove.
A committee in the city’s parks department is studying the proposals and will recommend a decision.
The course is on 103rd Street on the Westside.
