The Cambria at Hammock Dunes has topped out and construction is well under way and anticipated for completion next summer. Cambria is WCI’s third premiere oceanfront tower condominium at Hammock Dunes, the oceanfront golf community in Palm Coast.
Cambria at Hammock Dunes will have 60 condominiums including two penthouses. The residences offer 2,340 to 5,521 square feet of living space with additional square footage reserved for outdoor living space. Two-, three- and four-bedroom plans feature great rooms, family rooms, dens and gourmet kitchens.
The building contractor for Cambria is Boran Craig Barber Engle Construction Co. Inc. of Naples. Established in 1972, the construction company has built over 20 residential towers for WCI, including The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota and One Watermark Place in West Palm Beach.
Prices start in the mid $700s to over $2 million.
