The LandMar Group has sold 65 homesites valued at over $11 million dollars in the initial release of the final phase of homesites at North Hampton, a golf club community in Fernandina Beach.

Over 200 people recently attended a sales event and all certificate holders were given the first opportunity to purchase some of the best homesites available in the community.

Buyers will be able to start construction before the end of the year from the preferred builders including Arthur Rutenberg Homes/Plantation Housing Corp., ICI Homes and Watson Custom Homes division.

Construction is underway for the Estates neighborhoods at North Hampton. All community improvements are on schedule to be completed by the end of the year. The two new estate neighborhoods are called Marsh View and Peninsula.

A new park directly on Lofton Creek, called the Outpost, is under construction and will be open for resident use by yearend.

Work has also begun on Reflection Park, a nature area with a passive retreat with benches, Bermuda grass and shade trees overlooking a lake and fountain at the end of Marsh View Estates. An archeological preserve will connect to the park.
