Since opening two models last year, Providence Homes has sold almost 75 percent of its initial homesites in the Victoria Lakes community’s first three phases.
Located on Yellow Bluff Road just three miles north of Florida Route 9-A, homes start in the mid-$160s. There are 18 flexible three- and four-bedroom floor plans, which range between 1,573 and 2,964 square feet. The builder currently has nine spec homes being planned or under construction.
Two of those home designs, The Tavanier and The Melbourne Bonus, each received Silver Awards in their respective category in this year’s Parade of Homes.
