North Florida Builders, a Woodside Co., has four showhomes under construction at Palencia.
Two of the showhomes are located in Tree House Park and will be available for occupancy this winter. The Panama II is a four bedroom, four bath home with 3,308 square feet of living space and priced at $549,900. The Laurel is a four bedroom, four bath home with 3,518 square feet of living space and priced at $621,100.
The other two showhomes are in Palencia’s newest neighborhood of Sebastian Square and will be complete next summer.
The Amelia is a five bedroom, five bath home with 3,978 square feet of living space and priced at $678,000. North Florida Builders/Woodside is also building the Panama II design in Sebastian Square. The four bedroom, four bath home has 3,308 square feet and is priced at $602,100.
All of these showhomes are two stories with master bedrooms located on the first floor. All showhomes feature granite countertops in the kitchen, fireplaces and three-car garages.
