Construction has begun on a new model home by Richard R. Dostie, a Toll Brothers Company, at St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community.
The Westin is a 3,834 square foot home with an open floor plan that includes five bedrooms, four full baths, bonus loft and a three-car garage.
Dostie has seven floor plans available in St. Johns Forest that range in size from approximately 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. All Toll Brothers homes in St. Johns Forest include brick paver driveways, gas fireplaces in the gathering rooms, and three-car courtyard entry garages. Prices begin in the $400s.
