North Florida Builders has exceeded its 2003 sales volume during the first seven months of 2004.

“We have already experienced tremendous success this year and we have the rest of the year to go,” President Howard White said.

As of August 31, North Florida Builders/Woodside reported year-to-date earnings of over $31 million dollars, up over 114 percent of 2003 total earnings, with 53 new home sales. In 2003, North Florida Builders reported year-end earnings of $28 million, completing 49 new home sales and up 27 percent from 2002 figures.

North Florida Builders/Woodside has only three homesites remaining in Pablo Bay, is 70 percent sold out in Bartram Plantation, and completely sold out in Plantation Oaks in Ponte Vedra.

White expects North Florida Builders/Woodside’s success to continue for the remainder of the year. “We are optimistic that home sales in Northeast Florida will continue to be strong in 2004 and we expect to exceed last year’s closings by approximately 200 percent.”
