Pulte Homes’ Clifton Village is the newest gated townhome community in the Southpoint area.
With prices starting in the $160s, Clifton Village is a neighborhood of 118 townhomes and amenities include a clubhouse with well-equipped fitness center, cabana, and pool.

Pulte Homes showcased floorplans for its Rosecliff and Bainebridge models to more than 150 Realtors recently and Kathy Shirley of Watson’s San Jose office won a $1,000 gift certificate to the Mall of the Millenia in Orlando.
