Centex Homes says it has sold almost half of the 232 units in Hammock Grove, its multi-family neighborhood on Kernan Boulevard just north of Atlantic Boulevard.
Hammock Grove has four floor plans starting in the $130s and range between 1,122 and 1,779 square feet.
The 1,779-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom Cavallaro model home was decorated by Barbara Ondo Designs and includes acovered patio that lies adjacent to the family room and overlooks a pond.
Other highlights of the model are an attached one-car garage; a central dining and living area; an upstairs master bedroom with large walk in closets; and a master bath with dual vanities, garden tub, and glass enclosed shower. There are 9-foot knockdown ceilings throughout.
