The team at Costa Verano, WCI Communities Inc.’s newest addition in Jacksonville Beach, welcomed future residents and guests to meet the creative team for the Mediterranean-inspired tower during a dinner at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club.
Costa Verano’s architect is Robert Swedrow of Miami. The land planning is by Joseph Gordon of DS Boca Design of Boca Raton.
Costa Verano will rise 13 stories at 10th Avenue South with 91 planned residences and nine two-story townhouse residences located to the west of the tower. Each residence includes a private balcony offering oceanfront or ocean views.
Costa Verano will have up to eight residences per floor with each offering between 1,700 and 4,000 square feet of living space. Costa Verano is priced starting in the $600’s.
