Amidst some tears 2004 St. Augustine WCR President Inez Tankesly turned the gavel over to Julie Knowles, with Premier Properties to finish out her year as President of the St. Augustine WCR. Realtors and affiliates saluted Inez with roses, a champagne toast and cake at the September 10th Power Meeting.
