After nearly 10 years of building homes within Julington Creek Plantation, Providence Homes by Bill Cellar is offering its last homesites and inventory homes within the St. Johns County development in two of its neighborhoods, Creekside and Pine Chase.
Currently, only one homesite and two inventory homes remain in Pine Chase. These homes are a 5-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom, 3,436 square foot Bayport priced in the $380s and a 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 2,771-square-foot Manasota priced in $300s.
The homebuilder originally had 20 homesites upon which it was offering homes ranging between 2,471 and 3,426 square feet.
Currently, Providence Homes only has one inventory home in Creekside priced in the $340s remaining, a 2,771-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bath home boasting a 23-foot master suite, internet center, and living areas.
