Ryland Homes will start presales in September of new three and four bedroom homes priced from the low $100s at Bonaparte Landing, located in north Duval County off Starratt Rd. and Duval Station Rd.
61 home sites are available at Bonaparte Landing and construction of the first model home there will start in September, and should be ready in two months.
The Jennings model home offers four bedrooms, two baths and a three-car garage with 1,994 square feet of living space.
