A 315-acre community in the Southside area of Jacksonville at Baymeadows Rd. and State Road 9A will be developed by Del Webb, a subsidiary of Pulte Homes.
It will be called Sweetwater by Del Webb and home sales will start in January 2005 with the grand opening scheduled for Spring 2005.
The community will offer a combination of single-family and multi-family homes including condominium style homes with elevators. Home prices range from the mid 100’s for multi-family units with single family homes beginning in the mid 200’s.
There will be a 19,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, arts and crafts studios, and meeting space.
