As part of a multi-million-dollar expansion project at Jacksonville International Airport, a relocated food court and courtyard opened recently.
Old dining facilities are now closed, making way for new, centralized security checkpoints. By October, seven checkpoints will be operational.
“We believe this is an excellent step toward making our operations run more smoothly,” said Bob Molle, Jacksonville Airport Authority director of operations. “These new areas are going to provide more passenger space and much better concessions.”
