McGarvey Residential Communities has named Jim Citrano Jr. as project manager for its recently acquired River Reach property. Citrano will oversee all aspects of the new riverfront community, including design, construction and marketing.
A Jacksonville native, Citrano is a veteran real estate banker with more than 10 years of experience. Prior to joining McGarvey, Citrano was a senior vice president with Wachovia’s Real Estate Financial Services Group.
His father, Jim Citrano Sr., is a leading commercial Realtor in Jacksonville with CB Richard Ellis.
McGarvey closed on the 298-unit Southside apartment complex in August 2004. The company intends to develop an upscale district of condominiums and townhomes and is in the process of finalizing its plans.
