The first of Beazer Homes’ six mid-rise buildings that make up the 12-acre gated setting of Deerwood Place Condominiums is nearly sold out and approaching completion with its first residents expected to move in this month.

Prices for new homes at Deerwood Place start in the mid $200s. For buyers who use Beazer Mortgage, Beazer Homes will pay $3,500 of closing costs.
