Watson Custom Home Builders will develop Marina Cove - a marina-like neighborhood of custom built homes on the Intracoastal Waterway.
The builder has acquired the homesites, which are located at North 19th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues North in Jacksonville Beach, where it will offer Key West-inspired homes between 2,200 and 3,000 square feet that start in $700s.
Exteriors will feature lap siding, metal roofs, and two-and three-story elevations.
Design elements throughout each home include optional chair rails, crown molding, wainscoting, rounded arches, and trey ceilings.
There are two nearby private marinas, Beach Marina and Palm Cove Marina, and the Intracoastal Boat Ramp is about 1/2 mile away.
