Six previously unreleased parcels are now available in Bartram Downs III, an equestrian community on 16A, parallel to CR 210 in St. Johns County. Priced from the mid $100s to $275,000, these sites were held back by the developer and are now on the market for the first time, along with four sites from the initial offering.

According to the sales professionals at Victoria Robbins Realty, exclusive marketing agents for the community, the plat has been recorded and the community’s buyers are now closing on their homesites. Development is also underway with road construction in progress.

“This community has been extremely popular so we are really excited to have an entire section that was previously unavailable,” said David Robbins of Victoria Robbins Realty. “These beautiful parcels range from one to two and a half acres and are located in a separate, private section with nice tree coverage.”

Several builders, including Kicklighter Custom Homes, have purchased lots in Bartram Downs III and are planning to build model and inventory homes. The third and final phase of the community includes 53 minimum one-acre lots, many of which are located on four lakes.

Developed by the Alterra Group, the equestrian community will allow its residents to keep their horses on their property and build stables within a platted, deed-restricted community.

Purchasers can select their own builder and build at their leisure with no mandatory timeframes. There is also an equestrian trail on the property along 16A.
