VillaRiva is inching closer to completion as the final phase of the community is now underway.
Construction has begun on VillaRiva’s six town homes, which will be situated in front of the condominium tower facing Riverside Avenue.
The three buildings will be built on the site of the former sales and preview center, which was deconstructed and moved in early March. A new sales center has been relocated directly across the street at 2365 Riverside Ave.
The town homes sold out immediately after they were released for sale. Each has approximately 2,400 square feet of air conditioned living space, as well as spacious front and back decks and attached double car enclosed garages.
VillaRiva’s condominim tower remains on schedule for initial occupancy in June after the community hosts the 2005 SunTrust Symphony Showhouse XXX, and the town homes and final tower homes are set for completion later this year.
