Watson Realty Corp. hosted a groundbreaking geremony for its new St. Johns office last month at its new 210 Corridor location.
Constructed by Kur-Star Construction, the 16,000-plus square foot building will feature concrete block and brick construction, a tile roof, and offer state-of-the-art technology. It will eventually be home to 80 sales associates and will provide additional space to be leased as well.
The ceremony was attended by Watson President Ed Forman; V.P. and Jacksonville Regional Manager Wendie Mayfield; John Kurtz, General Contractor, Kur-Star Construction; and Debby Craggs, who will manage the office.
A temporary realty sales office will open to serve its customers on May 1until the new building has been completed in November.
